bad driving school experince

i was abused and have been treated badly ever since i have started paying. The driving school is *********** they service is very poor. they give customers false advertising. point one is that i have problem with them time management is a huge problem they don't keep time and they management team is very rude her name is khathutshelo they don't have good customer services and secondly the lady her name is Nyeleti who had assisted with the registration for my driving lesson gives false information regarding driving lessons that each lesson is an hour and on public holidays they open until 2pm. Yesterday was my first lesson and i had a horrible experience they gave me a 20minutes lesson and i went to go enquire about what time they close i was told it was 12.00 o'clock and i wanted to carry on with my lesson as it was not yet time time for them to close the time was 11.30 and they had denied me from driving and thirdly when i spoke to the owner the pastor i asked him what time is they closing time on a public holiday he said they don't have and he as the owner didn't want to help me or listen to my problem he just told me to go back to Nyeleti. I even requested my to get my refund or they extend my contact to further one without paying. And when you want assistance with any problem no one is there is to assist. Please may you assist me...
