Day and Schilling Attorneys Kroonstad
Dood day I need assistance with regards to my lawyer who was handling my divorce case. I am stuck with a car that was part of the settlement and which I specified that it should me mine. The previous owner of the car was my aunt and she gave us the car more than 10 years back and has been in our possession since then. We did not go to change the name of the vehicle because we trusted her or should I say I trusted her as my blood aunt. Now my lawyer, Mr Schilling from Kroonstad said I can take the car, even when I went to go and get my share of things from the divorce settlement, I called him confirming and he said all that is in the settlement take it, it is mine. Now I have been harrassed by my aunt and my ex saying I stole the car and I cannot change the names on the car or use it because she says it is her car and she wants it with my ex and not me. My lawyer and my ex and his lawyer changed the settlement behind my back and signed for it without my signature and now I do not know how to fix this as ever time I try to talk to him, he want R800 just to say a few words and he promised to fix it after the divorce was setlled and finalised. Will Mr Schilling from Kroonstad assist me or not or what should I do? Please help, I need to move on with my life. Day and Schilling Attorneys Kroonstad
