Bad client service

We have used this removal company 3 times and had a terrible experience the third time.<br> They were supposed to deliver our goods which had been in storage with them. After phoning them twice they could not confirm the final amount due. I had clearly indicated I will not be at the site to collect things but a project manager will be. I was not told that the money has to be cleared into their bank account immediately (although their driver said that he told me). Previously I had received a formal quote but not this time and was not reminded to pay in cash.<br> I was an hours drive away at work and they refused to unload before receiving cash. Eddie was extremely rude refusing to talk to me over the phone even though I had sent a bank confirmation through of the money being paid to them. We have used them twice before and paid each time but they would not accommodate my situation.<br> The owner Eddie has a bad attitude towards client service and I would not recommend them at all.
