Not adhering to promise

Dawson and Dawson sold me a car last year without a spare key. They told me they will get me that key and kept on telling me stories until I had to trade in with the car. I went to them trying to get the key wasting my petrol where they kept on telling me stories. Upon the time I took the car to the garage, they told me that the car was repainted with a suspicion that it had been involved in an accident of which they never told me about. I need them to pay for the keys that they never gave me because the garage I traded the car wants that key. Furthermore, the value of the car went down because of the defect that I was not aware of. Mahomed then later told me I will not get or reimbursed for that key because of the new management.<br> <br> Kindly assist because these people are robbing us.
