Klipervier police station

The clerks refused to assist community members who requested to take fingers prints at the police station. The officer name is N. E Khambula chased peolpe our off the office saying she is nt working over time. Her knock off time is 14 hours at 1:45 she was packing her stuff ready to leave the office. We requested to ser the station commander and wr were told he/she was in the meeting and there was no one to report our complain to. Pls assist we cant go on like this. official are getting payed to serve the community nt to sit and do nothing. The official meansion she is very arrogant and self pompous.
