Zero Response from Website query

<p>Still trying to send documents to Australia which include a CD with x-ray results and an id document I then decide to check on the Dawn Wing website and enter a query online and very quickly get a reply that an agent will contact me shortly that was yesterday 15h08. Needless to say no one has bothered to contact me. I see that Lizel Viljoen read my query but hasn't done anything about it and Barbara Scheepers has deleted it unread. So why have these channels if the company doesn't use them or is it just to make their website look good. How difficult can it be to respond to queries from your own tool, even if it is to say we not interested in your business.</p>
