Zero assistance when requested

Useless. They seem to have misplaced my parcel UA ********** 00 in the Jhb warehouse, and have since been utterly unable to assist me. Sfiso and Barbara have done their best to sound disinterested and have failed to phone me back with updates, despite promising to do so; I have been placed on hold only to be cut of; and now I must hear that their system is down. When I phoned a fourth time and spoke to Nelson I was told I'm being unreasonable for not wanting him to phone me back, insisting that he assist me while I am on the line.Their 1 - 3 business days TAT is a pipe dream at this point as the item is STILL somewhere in the warehouse with not being scheduled for delivery.
