Zero!

Dawn Wing has mixed up my orders. When I called the online shop to follow up on a collection Dawn Wing had collected from me for an exchange, I was shocked to find out that they hadn’t scheduled with dawn wing to collect the parcel in question and knew nothing about my parcels whereabouts. I actually found out that Dawn Wing had mixed up two collections from two different shops. They continue to send messages about parcels to be collected from me. They ALWAYS have the incorrect brand stated in their messages and when I call these brands (shops) to try and find out what collections Dawn Wing is sending me messages about, they know nothing about these collections.

It has become extremely irritating to call Dawn Wing, hold for so long because their number is always busy and notify them about the incorrect shop/brand stated in their messages or that I have no items for collection as stated in the messages sent to me. Only for an agent to promise to fix the mistake but I always end up with a driver at my door in any case!
