"Your delivery experts" they say

After waiting far too long for my parcel, it was eventually handed over to me by a courier who was looking at me in ways that made me highly uncomfortable and taking a full-body photo of me. (Did not follow COVID-19 procedures, either.) I emailed their customer service enquiring about this, but as expected from them, no answer. I am baffled as to why companies still use them.
