Your consultants are full of ****

I never thought that the only people who write these reviews are difficult people 😀, but today I have never felt this annoyed and disrespected. Dawn wing consultant are full of ****. My package was supposed to be delivered to me on the 23rd December according to their parcel tracking and on the 23rd I go on their site to track if is going to be delivered to actually plan out my day around that, but the was a message saying " we couldn't complete your delivery" no problem I call to check what's the hold up about, so i speak to Domenic and she says the code on the package was incorrect and we fix it, cool, she says promise it will be delivered the next day 24th December, no problem. On the 24th I track it again and it still gives me the same result it gave me a day before, I call to confirm firm if it is going to be delivered as the is no reason why I should not receive my package today because we fixed the issue, the first person I spoke to told me that they not gonna deliver today and dropped my call, I called again the second consultant said it is not going to delivered to because Domenic didn't fix the problem, so I asked how can we sort this out because Dominic said if I call after 12pm nothing can be done, therfore it will be postponed to the following, but now that I call around 8:30am, they are able to do something( that what Domenic said on the 23rd December), so the second consultant still does not fix the problem, the just said, is not gonna be delivered today and I asked to speak to the manager because I want the fault to be fixed, then they dropped my call, the third one was not rude or anything but could not still tell me what's the hold up with my package and honestly am just over this, teach your consultant to handle conflicts a little bit better and to treat their customers with respect, not make promises they cannot keep, we know is December time everybody is trying to get their parcel but they is no need to be disrespectful if u can't help me or if u don't know how to handle my enquiries, your client will be hearing from me!!
