Worst service out of all courier companies

I paid for overnight express delivery and my parcel was picked up yesterday at 13:00. On their website it states that all deliveries will be delivered before 11am the following day. It is now almost 13:00 and still no communication from dawn wing's side about whether my parcel is scheduled for delivery today. And seeing that this specific parcel is a birthday gift for someone very special in my life, I am really upset about the lack of service! I will never ever make use of dawn wing again! Courier Guy is a thousand times better and faster! So thank you for potentially ruining an amazing person's birthday!
