Worst Service - I want my Refund. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid this courier company at all costs! Terrible service, especially in South Africa. Despite booking an urgent collection, it's been two days, and they still haven't picked up my package. They keep giving me different estimated times for collection, and their customer service is practically non-existent. There are no positive reviews about this company; they should seriously consider shutting down.
