Worst Service from DPD Laser

I am so frustrated and disappointed with DPD Laser and Droppa. I booked my parcel on the 17th of July which was a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday there was no update on their website. Friday my supplier sent a whatsapp message advising that my order was yet to be collected.

I contacted Droppa and I was told that parcel would be picked up on Friday. Today is Monday and when I followed up with their Customer Service I was rudely sent a screenshot showing parcel was out for delivery. Little did I know that parcel had still not been collected. And these are pouches that I need urgently for my business.

I am now failing my Customers because of DPD Laser!!!
