worst service from Dawn wing

The worst service i have ever came across. I have been expecting a delivery since Monday, till today nobody knows whats happening. Apparently my URGENT parcel was given to thabiso kgagodi on Monday but this thabiso never arrives. When i call their offices they keep saying my parcel is out and will be delivered by 18:30. Now my life is on hold because of you Dawn Wing. If you really like whats inside the package just say it, i will refer you. But that one is mine, please be professional and deliver whats due. I cant carry on like that. i keep calling your offices and i use money to do that. thabiso kgagodi, everyday i receive messages that you are on your way, what happened to my parcel?
