Worst service experience

If I could rate 0.0 I would this is the WORST service I have ever received in my life!! I waited so long for a package to be delivered and eventually when it came, I missed the call of the courier guy within few seconds on not answering my phone when he called he left already!! I just got an Sms saying it could not be delivered due to me not being available to receive it! How in the World do you leave within SECONDS!!!! and not try again. This is ridiculous!!
