Worst Service Ever.. *****ing the Money

Called Dawn Wing yesterday 21/09/2015 for an overnight delivery to Cape Town Paarl from JHB.<br> They said we need to pay first, we have paid and put the money into their account, today is the 22/09/2015 and still no one has come to collect the parcel that was paid for. When we called today they said that they have asked a 3rd party to come collect the parcel? What the Hell is that about? I paid Dawn Wing and not a 3rd Party Company so i don't give 2 ****s about the 3rd party company! They have given us numbers for the 3rd party company no one answers so i guess this 3rd party company is a load of BULL.. I want my money back and i want an apology as this was an absolute waste of my time and money plus the calls made. No one at Dawn Wing has any idea what the hell is going on. Stop fooling the public!!!! Absolutely BULL ****...
