Worst service EVER from Dawn Wing. ****tiest of them all!!

I made an online purchase from Keedo and thru used Dawn Wing as their courier partner. A SMS was sent to me advising that my parcel will be delivered on the 21st of December 2020, latest at 18:30. Parcel was not delivered. Today, 22 December 2020 I called Dawn Wing and Keedo following up on my order. The agent from Keedo advised that she will get back to me, she never did. The consultant from Dawn Wing advised that the parcel is still with them and it did not go out for delivery. I immediately told her that I need it delivered today as I am leaving tomorrow. She then advised that it will be delivered after 17:00, it is now 18:56 and there is still no delivery.

If you want to use a courier service NEVER EVER USE DAWN WING!!!!! and Keedo should change courier partners.
