Worst service ever from courier - Dawn Wing - Stay away

Driver, Surprise, called and promised he will deliver parcel the next day. He did not call or come close to premises, but reported to his management that he did call but we were not available - a blatant lie, waited our whole day for nothing. He did exactly the same the next day - **** to his management that he made contact! We logged a complain, was promised area manager will call - did not for days! Call again, they refused to transfer to relevant manager! Called management ourselves on two different numbers - do not answer phones, not even a switchboard or answering machine! Stay away from Dawn Wing as empty promises, lies and not concerned about client service is the work ethic and management does not care! There are many other excellent courier companies - I know as I deal with courier companies daily. I challenge Dawn Wing management to publish the tracking of their lying driver on this platform to show that he was close to our address when he stated more than once he was, but he was not, if they find that he was not even near our premises that disciplinary action will be taken - blatant repeated lies do not deliver parcels and unprofessional management on top of it, even less! I will go and fetch the parcel now from the depot rather than be deceived time and again!
