Worst service ever

The worst service ever. Everytime I try to call the call centre their agents drop the call. They refuse to give their names. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 12th of January. I’m still waiting for it. This is the worst service I have ever received from a courier company. Dawn Wings is the worst. For any businesses out there I would suggest you do not use them as a service provider. You will lose business from your clients.
