WORST Service EVER

I ordered items online and requested express delivery. I got an email this morning saying that the package is out on delivery, it's been 6 hours since I got the sms and the courier is still not here, I had errands to run but since I urgently need the package I decided to wait, what's worse is the fact that I live 13km away from them. It's a good 15minute drive! By far the worst courier company on the face of the earth. What makes it worse is that I called to find out how far the courier is and the lady at reception put me thorough to someone and that person hung up on me.
