Worst service ever

My parcel got to the East London depot on Wednesday morning and when I called, they promised to have it delivered by Friday. Yesterday afternoon, I kept calling them to find out where the parcel was, they told me it will be delivered on Saturday. I asked if I cannot pick it up myself from the depot as I needed it last night. The consultant told to me wait for a call from the East London branch to arrange for late delivery or pickup. I kept phoning and was given the same feedback and no one ever called. I am really ****ed to say the least. I am extremely ****ed because I still haven't received my parcel and no phone call from the courier company and it's now Saturday morning
