WORST SERVICE EVER!!

I ordered 2 Parcels from Edgar's who use dawn wing as their preferred courier service which I think is a total mistake! I contacted Dawn Wing yesterday to confirm delivery for today. Now the day my parcel needs to be delivered I get told my address isn't right!!! Why not inform your client of this when they are doing a query on their order??? Why wait for the day of delivery?? And If I didn't query my order status today NO ONE would've contacted me! This is horrible service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DAWN WING TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
