WORST. SERVICE. EVER

These people are completely ***********, I gave them my address which no other delivery company has struggled to find, and they couldn't find it. Then after going through 3 people to explain where my house exactly is, the delivery men still couldn't find my house. I will never get anything delivered by this company again. My items have still not arrived and it's been over two weeks. The items I ordered are based very close to my house too. This is unacceptable.
