Worst service ever!

After receiving a message letting me know that my package will be delivered that same day, 4 days later and still nothing. Cant reach ANY of the consultants and the phones jusy rings and rings. No reply to my emails either. I finally left a message with someone to phone me back about the package...but still nothing. I dont expect companies to deliver near Christmas but atleast communicate and respond when needed. Worst service ever!!
