Worst Service Ever

I have had the worst experience with Dawn Wing - they could really learn a thing or two from the Takealot delivery system.

I received an SMS they were delivering yesterday, so I waited at the office until 17:15pm - with no showup!!!

Arriving at the office this morning, and checking on my parcel, it says that it was delivered and received by someone who was not me!!! They should never deliver a parcel to a person who did not order it. I had placed a big order with Forever New, and anyone could have run off with my parcel.

UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
