Worst service ever

The worst courier company I hv personally come across, this company needs to shut down. The staff is not efficient I've been waiting for a parcel since the 20th and I call everyday since then to track it, every time they tell me it's coming today, the driver says no one is at home but I'm forever at home, they have the wrong cellphone number, I call every morning I speak to someone different all the time to change to my correct number but for some odd reason it's never changed, I am utterly disappointed in this courier service. When I call sometimes people just laugh at you and do not see the need to assist and be sympathetic. The worst experience I have ever had. I will never recommend this company to my worst enemy. As of today I still wait for my parcel.
