Worst service

Worst services from this company. I recieved a message the driver will deliever today and his name and reg number. He phoned me at 13:51 to say he will be here in 35min i waited till 15:12 and called him back and he said they at the corner i told him i was waiting outside then the dawn wing bakkie turned riggt up the street. I called him and asked way are you turning away where the package will be delievered then he said they coming back, i waited than i called again telling them at 4 im leaving then he said there is strikes and they cant get to the location where they just was and will deliever tommorrow this is a big problem
