Worst service

I am so annoyed with the lack of service provided by this company. I have tried numerous times calling, no answer, i have sent numerous emails no response, this is the worst service i have come across. It would be nice if someone from such a big company would respond to there clients. I have been tracking my parcel since Saturday they indicate that will call but that never happened. So disgusted in the lack of service and we rely on such companies for delivery of of goods. But we cant get a response. I wish there was the option of not giving them a rating because they dont even deserve a 1.
