Worst possible service

I made a purchase on 11 December and as yet I have still not received this parcel. I called the Dawn Wing office and was told that the parcel would be dispatched last Thursday but I have still not received it. When I tracked it, it was received by Dawn Wing on the same day but it has been 10 days and still nothing. This is the worst service I have ever come across. It would be faster to use the Post Office as this is not a courier service at all. I paid R75 for shipping which was a complete waste of money. Please Afrivape, use another courier company.
