You messed up, I call not once but 5 times and 4 of the 5 could not assist me 5th time the agent simply kept quiet. started video recording the phone and time on phone. 5 min in she talks again and then hangs up on me??? NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE YOUR SERVICES
