Worst place ever Dawn wing / DSP laser

Worst experience ever!!! Ordered a parcel on the 26/11/2021 and still waiting! Phoned them numerous times and was told it will be delivered tomorrow, tomorrow comes and it goes!! Then all the couriers go out to drop off parcels today and they leave mine on the floor!!! Then I got told that I can fetch it from them??? ***! Never use this company! Unacceptable.. when you order something online, go and fetch it yourself because you’ll get it faster back than this company!! Apparently my parcel will be delivered tomorrow? Let’s see
