Worst of the worst

This place has such bad service that in future I will not be doing business with any company that makes use of their service. My parcel arrived in Durban on Thursday the 30th May 2019 at 09:11. It is now Monday the 3rd of June 2019 and still no parcel. On inquiring when my parcel will rive on Friday afternoon it was according to Dawn Wing it was out for delivery and I should be receiving it soon. I gave up waiting by 21:00. I have spend the better part of my morning on the phone trying to find out where my parcel is, just to be shoved from pillar to post, put on hold until I get cut off and have to phone again.

The end result, I still haven't spoken to any one knowing what the hell is going on neither have I found the whereabouts of my parcel or when it will be delivered.
