Worst experience with a courier company ever

They don't receive emails, struggle to get hold of people when you phone them. I paid for overnight shipping but my package was delivered 3 days later. Then they charge me a lot more before they can deliver the package because they claim the box is a lot bigger than the size I gave them. If this is the way Dawn Wing is doing business, I will never use them again and would advise anyone to not use them.
