Worst experience I've ever had
I have never been stuffed around like this before in my entire life. I've called the main number probably 30 times now and then get an answer who transfers me to nothing it just rings and rings for 5min plus. rinse and repeat. parcel been sitting in depot for 9 days. It's ridiculous. Don't use Dawn Wing.

That is all well and good however the damage is done there is no fixing it. I can only offer the suggestion to have a serious look at your service in terms of giving customers immediate accurate feedback and also to have a look at your telephonic service to customers. Having someone not answer a direct call to the main number on your website for some 20 tries and then to not get answers for an entire day is a prehistoric way of doing business... well good business.
