Worst experience ever

Was supposed to deliver a parcel to me monday 11/02/2019, they don't bother to call or sms when they getting lost. When i called them on thursday 14/02/2019 they gave me a hell lot of excuses even the management is so useless. Such poor service delivery you can even die before they give u service. I want nothing to do with this company I wilk sue them . I don't advise anyone to use their services
