Worst experience and customer service at DawnWing

Had the worst experience with DawnWing. I bought an item abroad and when my shipment arrived I was immediately contacted by them. I paid the customers on the 24th May 2019 and after I send my proof of payment, I was ignored when I asked about when I can expect my parcel. Lucia Ngobeza and Mohammed Toffie were supposedly following up, but their customer service has been the worse that I have experienced with this company. Many times I have been a customer but I have never had such treatment. Till today after paying customs I have not recieved my parcel and no body has been able to assist me
