Worst delivery service of all times

Dawn king had my parcel which they were supposed to deliver on 08/02/2022,the delivery guy calls me to find out where I am(my address will always always lead them to me but wasn't clear because of his network. When I return his call he says "you are not supposed to call me back. Because of that I will leave with your order". He leaves with my order on day 1. Day 2,they give my delivery to the wrong delivery person leading to my delivery not being delivered,I call their head officwa in Polokwane and get promised it would get delivered on day 2 09/02/2022. They have not delivered it and and on the foschini page it shows that the order is delivered. Who did DAWN KIND give my parcel to? Don't ever ever use dawn kind in your lifetime. If there should be one thing you don't do,please don't use them
