WORST DELIVERY DELAY EVER!!!

The worst service EVER! After trying to explain to the consultant that my residential address is actually in South Africa, I continued to wait for ZERO service. I don't know why online retailers use companies like this to deliver their parcels. Why should a client render a service to himself? I am deeply disappointed Dawn Wing!!!
