Worst delivery company ever do not use them

I am totally disgusted with the service from this client that also trades as DPD Laser. I have a package with them and have been waiting for 12days for it to be delivered. the driver told the office on the 30th November that my address is incorrect, really absolute bull****. I have called the company that the parcel is coming from has escalated it with them I have emailed and have not received any help. Just stupid excuses if they cant keep up with the deliveries they should close the business make space for others that can actually deliver on their promises. so angry....,..
