Worst delivery

Worst courier company I've ever dealt with. I don't know how much I've spent on airtime calling them with empty promises. Trying to track online every day it always says scanned into cage,scanned into cage. Then after 10 days it says pod delivered signed by routebil. What's routebil now? They didn't even call me. Still waiting for my parcel. I'm fighting with my clients now, they think I ate the money for their orders.
