Worst customer service - very rude agents

Worst customer service agents. rude and not helpful at all spoke to a male agent who cut me off and spoke over me. eventually he dropped the call on me because he probably did not know where my parcel was Then spoke to a female who was very rude, spoke over me and laughed at me because i didn't realize she needed what was the ref number in an sms. when i requested her name she dropped the call on me. Her arrogance and rudeness was appalling Then got told by the 3rd agent that order failed yet the address they have is my address! I got updated for 2 days saying order on delivery. I gave her the driver name and she told me dont worry its not that driver, i told her the sms has an additional area added to my address that i did not add she told me dont worry about that either and that the driver will call me. still have not been called my parcel still not delivered . i will actually be calling Mr Price and advise them that i will not be purchasing items from them because of the delivery partner they use and i will spread the word around as well.
