Worst customer service

<p>Please educate your call center agencies in dealing with customer queries. I called to get a quote and the guy was not interested in helping me, he shouted at me saying he can’t guess the weight of my parcel so their fore can’t help me. I also don’t go around carrying a scale in my bag. I have since taken my business to another courier and was helped within minutes.</p>
