Worst customer & delivery service.

Absolutely horrible service!!! I spoke to so many consulatants each one “escalate” my issue, but nothing comes from it. I have been waiting for over a week for my parcel to be delivered, all they can say is, “it will be delivered tomorrow”. My parcel is stuck at one depot for over a week, and you just don’t get anywhere by calling the call centre.
