Worst couriers ever

At first they couldn't find my parcel, the supplier wanted to do a same day delivery for me but for some reason the couriers couldn't find my parcel at their warehouse. The next day they were supposed to deliver, the supplier and I contacted them multiple times during the day to confirm delivery and the delivery address, but the parcel didn't come. Then it was Sunday and we had to wait until Monday when they open again. On Monday morning both the supplier and I contacted them periodically to confirm delivery and the correct delivery address, which they confirmed each time. At 17h45 they called me asking where I stay as they want to deliver, but they were in the wrong town after about 20 confirmations that day that they have the correct address. Their admin staff has no idea what they are doing and should be trained properly.
