Worst couriers

They are the worst couriers I have ever come across. They have still not delivered my parcel which was supposed to be delivered on the 21st of December. Their excuse was I was uncontactable. ******* they did not even phone me. They also went to wrong address. I sat on the phone wasting R110. airtime. I tried to explain where I live but got cut off , this happened twice.
