Worst courier service in SA (DAWN WING COURIER)

Dawn wing courier services are the worst they don’t even deserve the 1 I rated them they deserve a 0, reference number OFT1T ********** 6.......my parcel was supposed to delivered on the 10/12/18 and they sent me a sms that it’s on the way around 9am in the morning,waited the whole day and when I callled them the next morning they said my parcel was brought and couldn’t be delivered (but not even a courtesy to call/email/sms and inform me about it)I had to call them the next morning......so anyways I speak to a consultant on the morning of the 11/12/18 and that’s when they were only aware my parcel wasn’t even delivered,and they promised that my parcel would be delivered....around 15:30 I call them again after spending day 02 waiting and only to find out my parcel is still not in the way but when I track it ,it says it’s in the way and spoke to two other consultants who promised to send for after hours driver and my parcel still not arrived......Annisa,Mandisa (from Jhb call Centre) and Desiree (cpt call Centre) clearly all 3 were of no help cause I’m still waiting for my parcel ...... •STILL NO SMS/EMAIL/SMS TO TELL ME WHY PARCEL IS NOT DELIVERED •WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! •WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS COURIER COMPANY AT ALL
