Worst courier service ever

Possibly the worst service I have ever received from a courier company. I received an SMS yesterday morning from Dawn Wing informing me that my Faithful to Nature order would be arriving that day. At 12:17, I received an SMS informing me that my parcel was the driver's next drop off. Nothing happened. At 13:17, I received the same SMS. Nothing happened. Later in the day, I called Dawn Wing to see what the issue was, someone answered, but I was randomly placed on hold. I have not been able to get hold of them since then. At around 6pm, I received another SMS informing me that my parcel could not be delivered due to ME not being able to receive the order. Bear in mind that we are in a national lockdown, and I was home the whole day... I didn't even receive a call to let me know that there was an issue with the delivery. All companies making use of this service should seriously consider switching over. I had ordered a number of items that I need quite desparately, on which I spent a lot of money, and we are now in the midst of a long weekend.
