Worst courier service EVER

Shocking service! Ordered makeup online (so did not get to pick the courier service). Changed the address to work address as soon as I could and was assured it was correct. The driver 'does not have a cellphone to contact the clients' and so pitched at my work (a hospital!) and of course couldn't immediately find me and left. 2 more days have gone by (changed to home address now as our helper would have been home) and STILL NO PARCEL! I have now phoned and BEGGED to just pick up the parcel myself. What year are we living in that the drivers don't contact the client to confirm place of delivery? I recently had a courier service pick up and drop off my Nespresso machine. At work. A hospital. With NO ISSUES. So I know it is possible. They just could not care that they drive around with your parcel for 3 DAYS.
