Worst courier service ever !!!!!!

This is the worst courier company that I EVER came across !!!! I purchased a bicycle from Makro and they parcel should have been delivered on 2/11/2022. Today is the 04/11/2022. Still not received the parcel. This was my daugters Birthday present. He birthday was already yesterday 3/11/2022. I had to explain to her why she didnt have a present to open. At this moment, nobody can tell me where is the parcel and when it will be delivered. The online tracking shows that cant get hold of me. I have given my number several times and also my husbands number as alternative. I need an answer today!!
