Absolutely pathetic service throughout the December period, parcels go over the estimated delivery time, parcels going to incorrect address, address constantly being changed on their side however out invoice shows the correct address, they never return calls ever or respond to emails, that includes managers ,supervisors nobody responds when you try to escalate issues, constant falls promises up until now people grave not receive early December 2020 orders
